  • Is online therapy as good as face to face?

    • ​Yes in most circumstances, It can be more accessible, less travel time and travel costs.  Wifi has improved overall in recent years.  Sometimes it is just personal choice. 

  • How will i know if I  feel comfortable with my therapist?​
