Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are given with 48hrs notice, 24hrs a 50% partial refund. Re-arrangements for appointments can be made if the client requires this with 48hrs notice. Technical issues on the day at the providers end: if this facilitates a lack of service it will be re-arranged with the client at a mutually agreeable time. Clients accept responsibility for technical issues ie: loss of internet service at their cost and time from their port. Some concessions can be made with mutual agreement.
